AI Disclosure
How YLÄUXI uses artificial intelligence. Effective June 2026.
Summary
AI Disclosure. YLÄUXI uses artificial intelligence to power agents, CONCIERGE, CANVAS (including MUSE imagery), STUDIO writing, SIGNAL briefs, FLOW automations, and optional chatbot embeds. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing, sending, or relying on them. YLÄUXI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. AI features may process data you submit, including brand and customer information, using third-party AI providers listed in our DPA Schedule A. We do not use your instance data to train public AI models. MUSE-generated visuals are synthetically produced and may require disclosure to viewers under applicable law.
What is AI-generated
- Agents — catalog workflows that produce drafts, analyses, and recommendations
- CONCIERGE — portfolio-wide assistant with session memory
- CANVAS & MUSE — creative layouts and synthetically generated model imagery
- STUDIO — AI-assisted copy and deck content
- SIGNAL — scheduled operational briefs
- Chatbot embeds — customer-facing assistants you configure on your sites
- FLOW — automations that may invoke AI steps
AI providers
Depending on features you enable, prompts and related content may be transmitted to:
- Anthropic PBC (Claude) — agents, CONCIERGE, STUDIO, CANVAS prompts, help, intelligence features
- Higgsfield AI, Inc. — MUSE image and video generation where included in your tier
See the current list at Sub-processors and DPA Schedule A.
What data may be sent
When you use AI features, the Service may transmit prompts, brand DNA, uploaded files, CRM or email excerpts you attach, custom MUSE talent uploads, chatbot visitor messages, and operational context needed to produce an output. You control what you submit. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share with subprocessors.
No training on your instance data
YLÄUXI does not use personal data processed under our DPA to train, develop, or improve third-party foundation models. Provider terms may apply separately to data you send through your own API keys on self-hosted deployments.
Human review required
All AI outputs are drafts. You are the publisher of record for content sent to customers, regulators, or the public. Verify facts, citations, numbers, and compliance before use. AI features are not a substitute for licensed attorneys, CPAs, medical professionals, or compliance officers.
Accuracy and hallucination risk
Models can invent facts, misstate law, or misread your data. Monitoring agents may miss events or generate false positives. Never deploy AI output without human review in high-risk contexts (contracts, filings, medical, financial promotions, employment decisions).
Automated processing
If you use YLÄUXI to make or assist decisions about your end customers (for example chatbots, automated email, or scoring), you are responsible for lawful basis, transparency, and any rights your customers have regarding automated decision-making under applicable law (including GDPR Articles 13–14 and 22 where applicable).
MUSE synthetic media
MUSE comp-card identities are used to generate campaign visuals synthetically. Imagery is not a photograph of a live session unless labeled otherwise. You must comply with advertising, consumer protection, and synthetic-media labeling rules in each jurisdiction where you publish. Custom talent uploads require your warranties on consent and likeness rights — see MUSE Terms.
Chatbots on your properties
If you embed YLÄUXI chatbots on your websites, you must disclose to your visitors that they are interacting with AI, provide your privacy notice covering chat logs, and comply with our Terms customer AI disclosure obligations.
