MUSE Terms

Scope

These MUSE Terms supplement the Terms of Service and AI Disclosure. They govern access to the MUSE virtual model roster, comp cards, CANVAS generation, and Prestige custom talent uploads.

Synthetic imagery

MUSE campaign visuals are produced by generative AI from defined model identities. They are not documentary photography. Where law or platform rules require disclosure (for example “AI-generated” or “altered visual”), you must label assets before publication.

Permitted uses

• Brand-owned marketing, advertising, and social content for brands on your instance
• Editorial-style layouts consistent with each model’s published category
• Internal previews and client presentations with appropriate disclosure

Prohibited uses

• Adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Political campaigning or endorsements without separate written approval
• Defamation, impersonation of real individuals, or misleading health claims
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing MUSE comp cards, roster data, or likeness parameters outside the Service
• Using MUSE identities without an active subscription or after your account is terminated
• Deepfakes intended to deceive viewers about real-world events or identities

Unauthorized use & enforcement

The MUSE roster, comp cards, model codes, likeness parameters, thumbnails, and related branding are proprietary assets of YLÄUXI LLC. Your license is limited to use through an active subscription, within your instance, and only for brands you operate on that instance.

Any use outside that license — including scraping or mirroring roster assets, generating with MUSE identities without authorization, sublicensing comp cards, or continuing to use MUSE outputs after termination where your license has ended — is unauthorized and may infringe YLÄUXI’s intellectual property and publicity rights.

YLÄUXI reserves all rights. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material violations and pursue all remedies available under law, including injunctive relief, civil litigation, and recovery of damages, legal fees, and costs where permitted. Roster identities

MUSE comp-card identities are fictional brand assets maintained by YLÄUXI for generative use within the Service. Tier limits on which models you may generate with are enforced in product. Marketing descriptions of clearance refer to permitted use within the Service subject to these terms — not a guarantee that every jurisdiction or ad platform will accept every asset without review.

Custom talent uploads (Prestige)

If you upload custom talent references, you warrant that you have all necessary consent, model releases, and intellectual property rights. You indemnify YLÄUXI against claims arising from your uploads. YLÄUXI does not verify releases. Remove uploads that violate law or third-party rights immediately upon notice.

Your responsibilities

• Review every generated asset before paid media or public release
• Apply platform-specific ad policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Maintain records of disclosures you make to audiences
• Do not represent AI outputs as human photography without disclosure

Limitation

MUSE is provided as a creative tool. YLÄUXI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular campaign, or non-infringement of third-party rights in your specific use. Liability limits in the Terms apply.
